MSCP, LLP

My working theory is that PTSD develops when a person is wounded—emotionally, psychologically, or physically—by a person, place, or event. Those wounds don’t stay neatly contained. They often show up later as depression, anxiety, or a range of other trauma‑related symptoms. In other words, PTSD isn’t just about the original event; it’s about how that injury continues to echo through a person’s thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of safety. My goal is to help you rebuild safety and clarity. Together, we explore how your history and environment shaped your reactions. We identify manipulative or limiting patterns from the past and work to transform them into healthier, more empowered behaviors that support your needs and long‑term wellbeing. I listen with care, validate your experiences, and reflect what I hear so you feel understood. I help simplify what feels overwhelming and offer clear interpretations of your feelings and situations, giving you realistic expectations and a sense of direction as you consider new possibilities.
